1. Definitions

4.3 Account Security

• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices

mpo222 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is presumed to be authorized by you.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

mpo222 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:

• Indonesian Banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. mpo222 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000, and the maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000. Larger withdrawals may be split into multiple transactions at the discretion of mpo222.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method and KYC verification status:

• Verified Accounts: Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday–Saturday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours are processed on the next business day.
• Unverified Accounts: First-time withdrawal requests for accounts that have not completed KYC verification may take up to 24 hours as identity verification is completed.
• E-Wallet Withdrawals: Withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed within 15-30 minutes during business hours.

mpo222 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or unusual activity patterns.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

mpo222 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement applies to both bonus and non-bonus funds. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with money laundering or fraudulent activity will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

mpo222 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, and validity periods. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements or other conditions may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion but typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots and Scratch Cards: 100% contribution

6.3 Bonus Abuse

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on mpo222 are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to review your bet selections and stake amounts before confirming your wager. mpo222 is not liable for user errors in bet placement.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

mpo222 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of errors. If a bet is refused, your stake will be returned to your Account balance.

7.3 Results and Settlement

Bet results are determined based on official sources for each respective game or sporting event. For sports betting, the result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, AFC, PSSI) at the conclusion of the event is final. For casino games and slots, the Random Number Generator (RNG) result is final. For togel, the official draw results from the respective lottery pool (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.) are final.

Winning bets are settled and credited to your Account balance as soon as the result is confirmed. In the event of a dispute, mpo222's decision is final.

7.4 Void Bets and Errors

mpo222 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event had already started (except for live/in-play bets)
• The bet was placed using bonus funds in violation of bonus terms
• A palpable error occurred in the odds or bet offering (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction)
• The event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned according to the sport's governing body rules
• Fraudulent or collusive activity is detected

In the event of a voided bet, the stake is returned to the User's Account balance.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the mpo222 Platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or match-fixing in sports betting
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate the Platform
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between mpo222 and other operators for guaranteed profit
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing customer support staff or other Users, using offensive language, or threatening behavior

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mpo222 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services.

mpo222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not liable for any technical failures, including server downtime, network outages, or third-party payment processor failures, that may affect your ability to place bets or access your Account.

In no event shall mpo222's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mpo222 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your use or misuse of the Platform or Services
• Your breach of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo222 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact mpo222's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our Disputes Resolution Department.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and mpo222 regarding your use of the Platform and Services. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
